About The Ride
Once a month during training season, the Bluewater International Granfondo hosts a social get-together at Mauds Variety, Mitton Village’s most popular watering hole. While typically everyone arrives on their own, to celebrate BIG Bike Week we are offering a small-group, city guided tour prior to arriving at Mauds.
This is a fantastic way to get to know the city, with the best tour guide in town. This guided group bike ride takes place along trails, multi-use paths and city streets, at a comfortable pace. We’ll show you new infrastructure, popular commuter routes, upcoming projects, and share our vision of active transportation for the future of Sarnia. We know this small-group tour will change the way you experience cycling in our city and we are excited for you to join us!
After riding a leisurely 4.5km together, we arrive at Maud’s to meet the larger group, and cheers with one of the best craft beers from across Ontario’s industry leading breweries! Bring your own bike. We generally provide bikes on our tours but bring your own bike so you can leave Maud’s at your own leisure.
Leisurely 4.5KM (To Mauds)
Start at 143 Conestoga Ave (Ending at Mauds – this is not a round trip)
