Project Goals

Create a documentary that educates the Sarnia community about the impact of our vehicle-centric society.  

Project Results

The documentary was selected to be screened at the Better Cities Film Festival in Detroit, where it won an award for the Better Transportation category. This award allowed the film to reach audiences far and wide, and share the nuSarnia mission with many other communities. 

I have presented at the film festival in St. Catharines for three non-consecutive years and when I saw the film I thought “FINALLY!” While the film section has always provided a wealth of great content, I’ve always kept an eye out for more locally-relevant stories.
